Our Story
At Third Floor, we’ve spent years inside this industry — building, fixing, and sometimes untangling the messy systems loan officers rely on. We’ve seen first-hand how outdated technology slows down good people. In fact, our founder, Brian Sparr, lived it.

Before starting Third Floor, Brian ran a real estate business and experienced the same frustrations loan officers face every day: juggling too many tools, broken processes, and technology that just wasn’t built for the way the business really works. So he built something better.

Drawing on his background in tech — with roles at Trulia and PayPal — Brian created the early version of Third Floor to help his own team run smarter and faster. When his lender friends saw what he’d built, they wanted in. That’s when Third Floor became more than a side project.
